Withdrawal Policy
Authors may request withdrawal of their manuscripts under the following circumstances:
(i) For any correction, modification, or addition to the submitted work
(ii) If there is an unexpected delay in the review or publication process
(iii) If the manuscript has been submitted to or published in another journal without prior notification (simultaneous submission is strictly prohibited)
(iv) If the manuscript has been rejected by the journal
(v) Any other valid reason communicated to the editorial office
In all such cases, authors are required to submit a formal withdrawal request via email, clearly stating the reason for withdrawal.
Policy Conditions:
- Withdrawal requests will be considered only after approval from the editorial office.
- Authors are strongly advised not to submit the same manuscript to multiple journals simultaneously.
Important Notice:
- No refund will be applicable for any manuscript withdrawal under any circumstances.
- This policy applies irrespective of the stage of the editorial process, including review, acceptance, or production stages.
Unauthorized withdrawal or submission of the manuscript to another journal without prior approval may be considered unethical and may lead to appropriate action as per publication ethics guidelines.
